When will my package be shipped?
We understand that you can't wait! That is why we will ship your order within 1-2 business days. As soon as the package is on its way, you will immediately receive a Track & Trace code in your email
How can I return an item?
Not entirely satisfied with your new drinking game or wall sign? No problem. You have 30 days to return your order.
How it works:
- Register: Go to your order's Track & Trace page and click the 'Return' button.
- Form: Select the products and provide the reason for the return.
- Label: Download your return label. You can print it out or have the digital QR code scanned at the drop-off point.
- Ship: Pack the product well (preferably in the original packaging) to prevent damage and drop it off.
Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective. As soon as we have received your package undamaged, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.

What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands:
- Free shipping on orders of €45 or more (standard parcel).
- Mailbox parcel: €3.95.
- Standard parcel: €6.95.
- Parcel containing alcohol: €9.75.
Please note: We charge €9.75 for parcels containing alcohol. We realize this is a high price, but we are legally required to perform an age check at the door. There are costs associated with this check, which we partially cover to keep the price as low as possible for you. Ordering more than €45 worth of alcohol parcels? In that case, we will fully cover the standard shipping costs and you will only pay the mandatory surcharge of €3.75.
